Shipping Options

All orders placed before 2pm MST Mon-Fri are dispatched the same business day. Excludes public holidays. All quoted delivery times are estimates. Please click on each shipping option at checkout to see time estimates and pricing.

USPS continues to experience shipping delays for First-Class and Priority Mail packages due to COVID-19. Priority Mail Express service remains unaffected. Learn more here.

Both USPS and UPS shipping options are available. Please note that USPS ships to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses, but UPS does not.

Please note that all shipping thresholds exclude sales and excise taxes. Your order total must meet the threshold before taxes have been added.



Changed your mind and want to return an item or order that you no longer want?

Non-faulty items may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided the packaging remains unopened and the items are in the same condition as they were sold. E-liquids and disposable e-cigarettes are excluded from this policy and are only returnable if faulty.

If an item is faulty, you may return it if it is within the Warranty Period. The Warranty Period can be found under the Common Questions tab on the product page of your product. 

If it is tested and deemed non-faulty or outside the Warranty Period, it will be returned to you at no cost to you. 

If a returned product is within the Warranty Period and is faulty, you will be issued e-wallet credit for the cost, shipping and tax you paid for the item.
